Type V construction project, located in Orange, CA, consists of apartment units with a 4 level garage. A recreation area with pool, spa and fitness area was included, as well as 14,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space. Completion occurred in September, 2016

Carson Senior Center
This Mixed Use, Type V Construction project is located at 21720 Avalon Blvd., Carson, CA and consists of 86 Senior affordable apartments over a 2 level parking garage. Retail tenants include IHOP and Fresh n Easy
This Type V construction project, located in Long Beach, CA, consisted of 291 apartment units with a lower and upper level garage. A recreation area with pool, spa and fitness area was included, as well as 14,000 sq. ft. of commercial retail space. Completion occurred in March 2010.
Lofts @ 3rd and Promenade
Located in Long Beach, CA, the Lofts @ 3rd and Promenade was a mix use project consisting of 104 apartment units, 13,522 sq. ft. of retail space, and a roof-level recreation area with pool, spa and fitness. Also included was a 7-level above-grade parking structure with 1 subterranean parking level.
Pinnacle @ Sierra Madre
A 188 unit, 4-story apartment building, the Pinnacle in Pasadena, CA was a Type V construction over a 2-level parking structure. This project also encompassed 40,000 sq. ft. of historical preservation of an existing structure.
The Indigo in Marina Del Rey, CA was a 77 unit condominium project with 1 level basement parking.
Located in the NoHo artist district of North Hollywood, CA, the NoHo lofts were an exclusive apartment project consisting of 278 loft-style apartments built over a 2-level parking structure. Thirteen additional units were located on the street level, for a total of 291 units.
This wood-framed, 4-story apartment building in Beverly Hills, CA included 88 units and was built on 4-levels of concrete structure.
This Fullerton, CA apartment project was located in the downtown district and included 192 units of 4-story type V construction over a 2-level, type I parking garage and street level retail.
The Oak Creek project is located at the foot of the Santa Monica Mountains in the city of Agoura Hills. This gated apartment project consisted of 24 separate buildings with 14 units each, totaling 336 units. It entailed a recreational activity, hiking trail, outdoor exercise area, and swimming pool.
Overlooking the Pacific Coast Highway in Long Beach, CA, this 160 unit apartment project was a 4-story, type V construction over a 2-level, type I garage.
Located in Long Beach, CA, The Meridian was a 70 unit condominium project of a 4-story, type V construction over a 2-level parking garage.
Located in downtown Huntington Beach, Plaza Almeria is a 4 story building consisting of 42 condos and 41,000 s.f. of retail and commercial space.
Located on Pacific Coast Highway in Huntington Beach, Pier Colony is a 5 story, 130 condominium complex over 2 level parking structure.
